We currently ship to:

🚚 Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time. Delays due to customs or local postal services are outside our control.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime through your account dashboard.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery times, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues, customs clearance) may occur. We are not responsible for delays once the package leaves our warehouse.

❗ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen, contact us immediately. We will help file a claim with the carrier.

  • For damaged items, please provide photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

📝 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📮 Returns & Undeliverable Packages
